I know what you are probably thinking.. Your thinking "what does abortion has to do with body image?" well, it has a lot to do with it. Girls should have the right to do what they want with their bodies! If it's to get a tattoo, or to get an abortion, or to even go tanning, they can do what they want to their body! When a girl is pregnant, that baby is a part of her, and I believe she can do what she wants with that baby.
Abortion is not a bad thing! It's so much better than having a teenager who is not ready for a baby! That teenager shouldn't have been having sex if they didn't know how to have safe sex, but it's their choice and they can do what they please. "In 1999, the estimated U.S. teen pregnancy rate was 87 pregnancies per 1000 females ages 15-18—a drop of 25 percent from the 1990 rate of 116." (www.teenstatistics.org) If abortion was legalized these numbers would drop. The statistics have said that teenage pregnancy rate is dropping, but not fast enough! We......
