The main premise behind this reading is what the master says, "Never fail to comply." This saying can be put into every aspect of life. The aspect that this reading puts it into is that of one and their parents. It talks about never failing to comply when they are alive, when they die, and long after they have died. The continued duty they have is endless and must be carried on long after their parents' deaths. They must never fail to comply' in the duties they have to honor their parents.
While this short section talks about parents, the statement never fail to comply' can deal with every aspect of life in all religious beliefs. Every religion has some kind of ritual, belief, or sacred duty that all must adhere to in order to be seen in that religions most divine's eyes as a worthy follower. Following one's sacred duties is always a key part of one's faith. Never failing to comply' in one's duties is very important.
