Early in life, decisions made impact smaller numbers of people or limited resources and are near term issues or problems. The decisions taken follow a set of established steps or procedures. People find themselves participating in more complicated decisions that affect long-term aspects of the organization. Some decisions can be resolved with the experience but some are unfamiliar.
