Team work is what a team is based on. A team should come together and give input, or ideas on a subject. Throughout my time in University Of Phoenix I will make it my goal to say to my future team members that I will make it to the next course. I doubted myself and my learning ability. But through all of that I will like to see myself succeed.

Communication is the main focus point in a group. There are many ways team members can communicate. For example by "telephone or Emails". These are the basics two ways my group communicate with each other. Listing and understanding your team members are key points to a successful group.

A team should always be ready for what ever there instructor throws at them. Unlike my group we have to work on organization. Jus like we have trouble turning in assignments on time because, we all have busy lives. So now we figured out a way to get the work done one time. We're always positive and we look at the pros and cons on everything.......
