The need for this report is to recommend a spokesperson in order to achieve more applicant diversity. Jordin Tootoo is an Xcellent choice for NoLimits' spokesperson. He will raise awareness of the scholarship among aboriginal students, being that only 1% of applicants for the scholarship are aboriginal. Jordin Tootoo Xemplifies what NoLimit's is all about - integrity, enthusiasm and social awareness. He is a leader, the first Inuit to play in the NHL, despite his small stature.
