Every state has driving laws, driving with a seat belt is one of them. In Atlanta, Georgia we have "Click-it or Ticket" by the state of Georgia Police department. If the police look inside your car while driving and you are not wearing a seat belt than you will receive a ticket. The law was design to help lower death rates in a car accident.
During the Christmas break of the 2005-2006 school year I was involved in a accident and I was not wearing a seat belt. I could of died in this car accident because the car was totaled. The Lord was by my side during the accident because I walked out with out a scratch on my body. This night I learned the true value of the seat belt. The seat belt is there to protect you not to make you look stupid. You should always wear a seat belt but especially when you are a passenger in another person's car.
