In the book The Seven Habits they list seven habits that are: 1 be proactive, 2 begin with the end in mind, 3 put first things first, 4 think win-win, 5 seek first to understand, then to be understood, 6 synergize, and 7 sharpen the saw. These are the seven habits that Sean Covey came up with for his readers to follow.
Next Sean discussed paradigms and principles. In his words a paradigm "is the way you see something, your point of view, frame of reference, or belief. I feel that paradigms are very important to your self. Sean also writes about principles and in his text he wrote some different principles like honesty, school, parents, self, and friends.
