Introduction
This paper will explore how teams and work group will work or not at FMC Green River. We will also explore the differences in leadership at both Aberdeen and Green River. Leadership skills will be discussed so as to come up with the best case for Green River, also the communication difference between both companies will be discussed, and how to best utilize Aberdeen communication at Green River.
Work Group and Teams
Aberdeen is already working in small team groups. They get together twice a week. On Monday they discuss what is going on work wise, and on Thursday they talked about what ever they want too. Each team can do every job in the facility. When they have something come up they get......
