After reading the case study of FMC Green River and FMC Aberdeen, I have found many challenges that both places with have in the next several decades.

FMC Corporation in Aberdeen, South Dakota seems to be going good at the moment. The team concept is working well for them now, but they have had several managers come in. One day they may get a manager that does not take well to the team concept. It could cause some chaos for them. The conformity that they require while doing the hiring process may not always work out. People are not perfect. Maybe at first the people may seem like the right person for the job but, as they move into the job places, they may become not so right.

FMC Corporation in Green River, Wyoming has more people in its company and it would take a lot of time to try and start the team concepts with so many people. They also produce more products than Aberdeen. They also have a Union to work with before they can start changing things in the......
