Equality is the state or quality of being essentially equal or equivalent: equally balanced. The equal treatment of people irrespective of social or cultural differences. Other meaning is the quality of being the same in quantity or measure or value or status. By the law is the possessing the same rights under the same circumstances. So that means that all persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law.
