Save Manatee
Congratulations your beautiful and exquisite hotel has been selected as the finest location to host the 2002 save the manatee convention. The location of your hotel along with a strong concern about the manatee problems from residents in your area makes your hotel the perfect location for the Save the Manatee Club's "Compassionate Odyssey: 2002" convention. Hosting a convention at your hotel would help us work to maintain The Manatee Sanctuary Act which is currently under attack in the Florida Legislature.
Our convention would take place on Saturday June 15th and accommodate approximately 125 people. If possible we would like your hotel to cater the event. We have heard that your a jointing restaurant has excellent food and thought it would work well for both of us. Your restaurant would need to supply a small continental breakfast in the morning and a lunch in the afternoon after the convention has ended.
