Global Warming: the issue that is becoming a bigger problem as every day passes and continues to go unspoken about. Many people are ignoring the Earths' cries for help, but if we continue to avoid the subject, we will not have a planet left. It is hard to comprehend the damage that our everyday goods and leisure items are causing, but we, as a planet, need to stop to smell the roses and realize that we are slowing dissolving our very own ozone layer. Luckily, the United Nations has taken initiative and become part of the IPCC. Their top climate official is Yvo de Boer.
The United Nations is taking the issue very seriously within the past few weeks. They are part of what is known as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
