How to Make Fruit Smoothie
Everyone loves a good raspberry smoothie. Not only are they yummy, but they're fun to make as well! The ingredients are inexpensive and easy to get hold of. They don't take a lot of time or a lot of washing either! Smoothies are healthy and nutritious and full of vitamins. You should eat at least two fruits per day to get all your vitamins, and if you're drinking a smoothie then it's not necessary for you to take vitamin pills to get them. Smoothies are yummy and they can be almost as filling as a whole meal if you have a lot of fruit in it. If you are trying to lose weight and you are being pressured into eating, have a smoothie. You're basically eating fruit, milk and yoghurt at the same time.
The first step is gathering all the ingredients. The ingredients are not hard to find, just look in your fridge or in your local supermarket. First you will need to pick the freshest raspberries......
