Henry Aaron, better know as Hank Aaron was a professional baseball player for 23 years, from 1954-1976 he was one of the most feared hitters in the game. He was one of the first black MVP's when he was voted it in 1957, also he was the first player to reach 3,000 hits and 500 home runs, and he still holds multiple career records that still stand today such as, most runs batted in (2,297), most extra base hits (1,477), most total bases (6,856), most seasons with 30 or more home runs (15), most seasons with 20 or more home runs (20), and played in a record 24 All-Star games. By far his most famous record of them all, most career home runs with 755 home runs he is currently 21 home runs ahead of the man with the second most (Barry Bonds*, 734). Hank did this all while he was under racial scrutiny. Hammerin' Hank was voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on his first try in 1982.
