Military Recruiting in School
A teenager in high school is very vulnerable in what lies ahead of them. We make decisions based on instinct and what appeals to us before any thought process happens. And with the military recruiting officers coming to our high schools I think it’s a good attempt on building our Military forces. Do I think this is the right thing to do, well no. It’s an easy way to mislead and confuse a person who is looking towards doing something after high school and what the recruiting officers portray, how can a 17 or 18 year old resist.
As a teenager and my views on what is going on overseas I strongly disagree on what the military does and how they come to public schools and try to get those kids who don’t know what they want to after high school and get them to enlist. Like I said teenagers are very vulnerable and very easy to persuade. All of the talk that recruiters do are all the talk that will happen if you succeed in what you do and you are......
