1. To have an organization to function well they need to have a very good human resources. Employees of the company should follow very strictly the rules and regulations stated in the policies. This organization in this case study has a “no attendance” policy. It is a very flexible and simple policy as it does not follow the rest of the other organizations that have a set of very strict rules for their employees. Trust and responsibility is the main thing they enforce in their employees. Their employees were able to reach the company and leave at anytime they want to. They are given these privileges but they were not entitled to any sick leave benefits. This company believes in hiring the best employee in the market and also giving them the freedom. This way the employees will be able to balance work and personal life. At same time, quarterly goals were given to them to fulfill.
