Norlin Library Research
When I got on to the databases at Norlin library they confused me at first because I really didn’t know how to navigate through it, but I ended up getting the hang of it. The first database that I went in to that interested me was the Infrotrac Pop Culture Collection. This database was a collection of articles that had to do with art, advertising, sports, music, and etc… The articles in the database came from magazines like Sports Illustrated, and Entertainment weekly, and other popular magazines. I was interested mostly in the sports section I searched Lakers a NBA basketball ball team, but I really didn’t get much at all I only got one article and it have nothing to do with the Lakers.
The second database I looked into was the Infrotrac Religion. The articles come from 250 magazines on religion. This mostly interested because I was just wondering if they had a lot on Information on Jainism, which they did. This database would have been really......
