For a successful implementation of the Pyramid Project, the new project management and tracking system will allow the organization to better identify key business representatives from each business unit within the organization; the new project management and tracking system will allow for better project process management; the new system will also allow the organization to enhance the issue management process by providing a more effective and efficient issue tracking system.
The project management and tracking system will contain a database that houses the following information of all individuals within the organization: start date, job title, job description, previous project involvement, and other skills the individual might have. This functionality that is included in the new system will allow for ease of selecting stakeholders and interested business representatives by allowing the project manager to review the database for job responsibilities......
