Criteria A: Introduction

I am researching to find out if a person’s sleeping habits can really be directly in effect with the weight of that person. I plan to find out whether the stress caused by lack of sleep can attribute to a person’s malnutrition or oversleeping can result in a person being overweight, or vice versa. In order to test this theory I will get data needed by surveying various people (but taking in account and depending on age, gender) asking for the amount of hours the get to sleep (the time they think they went to bed on to the time they woke up), and then asking for their weight. Continuing to ask the same question for over a period of time to see if there is some kind of pattern. As well as being aware of the original weight of the person, but mainly paying attention to change in the person’s weight due to that person’s lifestyle. Even though I might be some people have different metabolisms from other which may affect the resulting outcome.
