Maintain Personal Credibility and Integrity Being true to yourself and to your employees, reports, and clients is a guiding principle in my work. I believe that one should be honest and morally centered at all times when dealing with others. One should not deceive or twist facts and data for benefit, nor should they not do what they say they will do, nor should they violate their company guidelines.
