American Government As I See It

The American government as I see it has come leaps and bounds, and now is one of the strongest if not the strongest of all governments in the world. While the people within the government are flawed, it is the system it’s self that works with such beautiful symmetry. In its purest essence the United States government with it’s three branches the Judicial, Legislative, and the Executive, works with the perfect balance of give and take through the system of checks and balances.
The Judicial form the outside looks like the weakest branch of government. I mean from the times of Andrew Jackson there has been some worry as to the strength of the Judiciary, but now it becomes more apparent as to the real power of the Judiciary. The Judicial branch not only determines the constitutionality of laws, but it also sets legal precedent for courts all over the nation.
