Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is the nation’s leading women’s health care provider, educator, and advocate, serving all women, men, teens, and families. PPFA has been serving many American communities for the past 90 years. Planned Parenthood has 860 affiliate health centers all across the country and the biggest organization to improve women’s health and safety, prevent unintended pregnancies, and advance the right and ability of individuals and families to make informed and responsible choices. Planned Parenthood affiliates provide sexual and reproductive health care, education, and information to five million women, men, and adolescents worldwide each year. This clinical agency wants their patients to feel comfortable by providing safe, caring, confidential and affordable services. Planned Parenthood is a State and Federal funded and also by private donations and grants. There are three different Planned Parenthood clinic locations in San Jose.
