Over the years, organizational behavior has evolved into a complex school of thought and continues to evolve in response to the dynamic environment of today’s corporate cultures. While a well functioning group is paramount to successful organizational behavior, individual behavior is a challenging and critical element that must not be overlooked and must be managed as well.
Ultimately, the work of an organization is accomplished by the individual, whether alone or in a group.
