Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd is an authorized licensee of Starbucks Coffee International, Inc. It is wholly owned subsidiary of Berjaya Group Berhad which held 51% share and Starbuck Coffee International, Inc has 49% share capital of the company.

As a Starbucks franchisee in Malaysia, currently it was held more than 45% share of the local gourmet coffee market. It operate Starbucks retail outlet throughout peninsular Malaysia and committed to offer the world’s best and finest coffee to Malaysian. The first Starbucks retail outlet in Malaysia was opened in KL Plaza on the 17th of December 1998 and the 100th outlet was opened in Jaya One, Petaling Jaya on 20th February 2008 to hit a successful milestone.
