Responsible for stuff even if we don't cover it in class.

Con Law 2 deals with problems and cases that people most often associate with con law. Rights and stuff (Due Process, Equal Protection, etc.)

Here, we are concerned with the structure of government allocation of powers among institutions and state governments, judicial review, resolution of conflicts within government between branches etc. These problems feel slightly dated archaic even boring, but these are still important because rights come to nothing without the existence of powers that have the capacity to enforce these liberties. Institutions represent the people who might want something from governments. They regulate commerce, property to some extent, family to some extent, the power to tax, to spend, to conduct war military action, supervision and conduction of foreign affairs,......
