I have been asked to describe how organizations motivational theories and practices and reward systems are informed by theory of motivation (P3); compare the use of motivational theories with the setting of the scene for the role play (M2); suggest, with justification based on your findings, ways of improving motivation and identify different reward schemes, and how issues might arise and be effectively overcome (D1).
