Devon is considered a traditional manager because of the ways he handles situations. He likes to motivate employees by setting strict deadlines on a project for all its employees. He likes to reward those employees who exceed and finish their projects on time and punish those who do not, either by verbal warning or by terminating them. He also provides all the resources necessary as well as indicating employees exactly what he wants. Isabella is more of a visionary leader she likes to motivate employees by challenging employees to look ahead, to contribute ideas, and to make sacrifices for the good of the company. She also offers employee input on different needs each employee may possess and helps employees think out scale the box for innovative ideas they may lack. I would choose Isabella’s leadership style as a visionary leader to be more effective.
