, when I first started taking classes, which feels like many years ago, I was going to be a paralegal. After taking some research classes, I guess you could say I got bored. Knowing that I can retire from my job with having thirty years and being a young age of 48, I wanted something that I could probably do right from my home and help out with my husbands business. So after looking in to different occupations, I decided to give accounting a try. I think accounting is very challenging for me and I do like a challenge.
In the accounting field, it seems that there are a variety of opportunities. When doing my research, I did find out that there are four types of accountants and they are public accountants, which I think this is the field of accounting that I want to do, management accountants, internal auditors, and government accountants.
