Functions Of Managment
In business we must plan, organize, lead, and control the business. These 4
attributes together are also known as the four functions of management. These four steps
are imperative for any successful business to not just thrive but to succeed. In a
company’s business plan these four functions are also covered. Everything we do in life
has to have a plan. We must organize. It always sets a good example to be a good leader
and we must monitor our plan. In the following pages I will describe the four functions
and talk about how they relate to the business world and my job as an Assistant Football
coach at a high school.
