Introduction

Kudler Fine Foods is an upscale, high-end gourmet food retailer with three stores located in the San Diego, California area. “Kudler Fine Foods is committed to providing our customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines so that your culinary visions can come true” (University of Phoenix, 2007). In keeping with their company philosophy, Kudler has decided to enhance business by offering catering services. Successfully marketing the new catering services will be critical to the successful operation of this new venture.
