One of the most important aspects of working with other people in a team is, communication. Before a team can function together properly they must understand the importance of team communication, the ways a team communicates, and how to avoid the barriers that get in the way of communication.
Communication in a team is vital, without communication a team simply cannot function. Effective communication can help a group of individuals, function as a single cohesive unit. A man, or woman, be him self can only accomplish so much, but a group of men can accomplish anything.
