CDM has been very financially successful as a growing company. In 2005, a five year plan was announced, and a goal to have $1 Billion in revenue per year by the year 2010 was set. In 2006, the company had revenue exceeding $900 Million, and it is estimated that they will have $1 Billion in revenue by the end of 2007. If this plan succeeds, CDM will update their five year plan in the first quarter of 2008.
The company has also started an employee profit-sharing program. Employees at CDM are given the option to buy stoke at below market value, and so far this has been very profitable for the company, as employees are very motivated to help CDM increase profits, which decreases the risk of the company as a whole.
