My community in time past was a very peaceful, enjoyable and safe place. The young people were bright, intelligent and productive. They were once youth with a bright future. However this has all changed; youth violence and crime is on a rampant, juvenile delinquency is rising, teenage pregnancy is out of control, there’s a high intake of drug and alcohol among the youth, sexual abuse is rising and number of high school drop out is increasing day by day.
