Introduction:
Kudler Fine Foods is a growing gourmet store that wants their customer’s satisfaction to be number one. They want to be a bigger company and have the biggest sales in their area. They believe in making the customer happy and if they are not satisfied they want to know why and also want to make them happy. Technology is playing a big role in helping Kudler reach more people and management is working to make associates happy so in return they will make they customer happy.
Management
Kudler is owned by Kathy Kudler so that makes her the President of the company. She is over all of the company and she makes decisions when it comes to legal issues and issues that the store managers feel they can not reach without her approval. She has one Administrative Assistant working under her who sends out memos and other documents to store management and department heads.
