The Good News for the Housing Market
Record oil prices combined with sluggish stock markets and lower employment rates are all contributors to low consumer confidence. I have found there is a lot of good news for the housing market. Positive news about the current housing market today should not be expected to be easy to find, but still exists. This report will help you identify the positive news within the housing market. Bob Toll of Toll Brothers, a Pennsylvania based home builder, says, “What’s killing housing today is a lack of consumer confidence” (qtd. Realtor.org).
