The Extended Family
The great apes have been researched since 1960 and found to be a very intriguing species very similar to that of the human being. Jane Goodall studied the humanlike moods and motives of the great apes. Her research gives insight to the behavior patterns of the animal and a key understanding to the chimpanzee being no more alike than one person is to another. Unfortunately, the great apes are rapidly disappearing from our land as humans encroach into the natural habitats of the great apes and contribute the decreasing population of the great apes and the degradation of the environment surrounding the great apes.
