Four Functions Of Management

As time has changed and people have developed management styles have stayed the same. This is because even though we, as a society, grow and develop we do not completely change. People are people and time and technology will never change that. The way in which managers manage and companies are ran, may vary a little from company to company but the foundation is always the same. The basis for any management style comes from the four functions of management which are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
Planning
“Planning is the core area of all the functions of management. It is the foundation upon which the other three areas should be build. Planning requires management to evaluate where the company is currently, and where it would like to be in the future.
