Physical exercise in the form of weight training may be difficult for some individuals. One could argue that weight training is beneficial to people of all ages and builds because weight training promotes better health and develops a strong physical stature. So, how much do you value your body?


Obesity, what is it? Who has it? Is it dangerous? These are all very good questions on a very controversial topic.
