ABSTRACT

The rapidly changing environment that we live in, a world of increasing demands and a world of increasing expectancy, perhaps the greatest requirement for all of us is one for self-improvement. How can we be better? How can we do better? And if we accept that the real world that we live and work in is a people’s world, then it is essential to have a greater understanding of a very important aspect of Human Resource Management-MOTIVATION. Human Resource Professionals must understand "Human Behavior" and "Human Psychology" and this should be a must for all "Human Resource Professionals".
