Before I begin, I would like to explain exactly what the New Covenant is. David Wilkerson has done a marvelous work explaining the details about the New Covenant. In the book, “The New Covenant Unveiled”, he has expressed that a covenant is a contract, also used to describe the Testaments of the bible. In the Bible it is broken down into two testaments, the Old and the New Testament.
