Beside of that, strong franchise by setting up in different country to market their product makes them easy to access in the industry. Family oriented business and business capability make J Boats more successful in designing the first boats and yet success selling 250 boats. Despite of that, active ownership by Bob and Rod in the management makes the business to produce boat actively in the market by following the industry standard on quality and performance.

• Weaknesses
The method of production which is complicated make J Boats take a long duration to produce a large yacht which is not too efficient.
