Through the imagery and content displayed on his website, Barack Obama is representing himself and the Democratic Party as a symbol of hope. His ability to seem confident as a leader appeals to viewers alike and by constructing his website to emphasize change with belief gives the viewer an overwhelming sense of confidence in his political agenda and what he wants to implement. Obviously there are many problems that the United States is facing right now, consequently Barack is provoking emotions in the viewers and giving the most powerful gifts a leader can give, hope.
