Consumers love pizza! But more than they love pizza, they love pizza that is fresh, fast, and delivered to their door. That is why companies, such as Papa John’s, have continued to thrive in the food service industry. However, the most important factor that Papa John’s profitability depends on is not only convenience but price, and how much the consumer has in their pocketbook to spend.
