1 ABSTRACT
It has become apparent that, in the previous few years, public awareness and governmental conduct to encourage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has ceased concentrating solely on multinational enterprises and, presently, has begun to give attention to the mainstream collection of Small to Medium enterprises (SME’s). (Murillo & Lozano. 2006:227) SME’s are the foundation of most financial systems, predominantly in terms of their employment opportunities and their improvement effects on the community. In countless sectors, their snowballing communal and ecological bearings are far more than those of big conglomerates.
