With the advent of increasingly advanced technology, scientists are delving deeper into the abstract realms of science, as they push it to the limit. On June 2, 1998, STS-91, the space shuttle Discovery was launched into orbit carrying a three ton prototype of a machine called the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer. This machine was developed with the intention of using powerful magnets to locate antimatter. It would scan the sky and attempt to locate oppositely charged counterparts of the protons, neutrons and electrons that make up matter as we know it. If a longer duration of time were allotted for that search, perhaps more results may be found. According to our current quantum theories, every particle in the universe has an antiparticle, for which each additive quantum number has the negative of the value it has for the normal matter particle, and antimatter reacts violently with any matter it touches. If antimatter were to be harnessed as a fuel its relatively huge reactivity and......
