A review of the “Let It Pour� case study identified the following: Faith Hospital is experiencing a wide variety of issues and concerns because of the current mission statement. The stakeholders’ interpretation of “spiritual heritage and value� (University of Phoenix, 2005, p1), and “partners who share the same vision and values� (University of Phoenix, 2005, p. 1), has created several concerns for the hospital. “Its diversity alone represents a kaleidoscope of thinking and decision-making,� (University of Phoenix, 2005, p. 1), said Pat, the CEO.
