Many corporations and small businesses in America are greedily taking advantage of the global revolutionary phenomenon known as Globalization by outsourcing more and more labor overseas to maximize their profitability and cut costs. The adverse effect to this concept leaves many American business professionals unemployed or with a feeling of a loss of job security. It’s only a matter of time before higher education becomes less important to corporations than on-the-job training, and the middle class gap of America disappears.
For the protection of our working class professionals, it is extremely important to set up limits and regulations regarding the outsourcing of labor.
The corporations and small businesses should be allowed to outsource labor on an as needed for the welfare of the company basis rather than out of their own greed to maximize profits to the extreme. Research should be conducted to come up with a report that......
