He should hide his face in a long trench coat with a cowboy type hat on top. His bandages should be wrapped in order to look as if he had gotten serious injuries to the face. While working with his chemicals he should be throwing his beakers and smashing test tubes in order to appeal as a mad scientist. Also he must be very cautious and mysterious because he is a very mysterious type person.
