INTRODUCTION

There are many definitions of stress, in the Oxford advanced learners dictionary of current English by A S Hornby it is defined as pressures; condition causing hardship, disquiet, etc. An upheaval in a situation that a person is emotionally attached to would cause a person to become stressed.
While there are many subcategories of stress there are four main categories of stress that is experienced by people. The first is Eustress. Eustress is a helpful type of stress that arises at points of increased physical activity, enthusiasm and creativity or simply when inspiration and motivation are needed.
The second is Distress. Distress is a negative kind of stress that id brought on by constant changes to a person’s routine. This type of stress brings about feeling of discomfort and insecurity.
The third is Hyperstress. Hyperstress happens when a person is pushed beyond his/her capabilities and usually results from a person being overworked and overloaded.
