She, the Innocent One,

Calls to me.

She tightens her thighs,

Wanting tenderness and gentleness,

Not withered dreams and darkness.

Stench of whiskey on my breath

Disturbs her brain.

She clutches violently to fear.

Pain echoes through her throat;

Beloved stars in her eyes

Fall to the scabby earth;

Bones are crushed by murderous strength.

Ashes of beaty get swept away,

Carried away by a delicated wind.

She is trapped in a prison,

A prison of my body joined with hers.

It's not love.

Anything but that.

Sounds that have no understanding

Dribble from her lips.

A burst, explosion, and repeated scream.

Pleasure brings melting gratitude

For what I had done.

The tiger was unleashed.

Now it stalks the green-green grass

Never to return to the harvest of the womb.

Homesickness will never end

But go on forever again.

The girl is gone.

The woman is here to stay.
